East Coast Original Frozen Custard in Cleveland

I love this place and the vegan flavors are to die for ! I got a blackberry pint to take home and I was eating that I'm the car it's soooooo good!

Still really good! I'm 62 and have been enjoying this place for years. I thought the frozen custard came out the machine to make it swirl in the cone, but the young lady said they have always scooped it💁

The ice cream itself was great, but this location did poor training with the young man making my banana split. He didnt know to put the marshmallow cream on the bottom so that you dont make a melting mess. The inside also looked less than sanitary and this is in comparison to the one in Fairview park - who seems to take a little more pride in presentation and cleanlyness. It was overflowing so badly they had to give me a carrier to take it away from the counter without everyone in my path wearing it. I'll stick to taking a longer drive out to the one in Fairview park. This was my first and last visit to this location.

Best custard in the area. They rotate flavors daily and include seasonal selections. Eat there or buy it packaged on site to take home.

Always delicious. Today my son had a chocolate cone with sprinkles and I had a raspberry smoothie. Everything was perfect, and we had a great time together there

This place is amazingly delicious. Custard has always been a smidge higher on my Things I Love list than ice cream, and East Coast does not disappoint!

Best Frozen Custard Ever! I had blueberry.. wife had chocolate.. kid had Oreo cookies with sprinkles. DQ GOT NOTHING on these guys! So creamy and rich flavors!

Pretty good options and good prices. Fairly quick service, but usually a line and wait. I love custard though, so soft and creamy, way better than hard ice cream. Only a select few flavors at a time but plenty of menu items for shakes and sundaes.

Winter time is the perfect time for frozen custard. Short lines!!! Summer time the lines are long, but the wait is worth it.

The cookie ice cream sandwiches are the bomb! Ice cream and cookies in one. You can't go wrong.

This place like others mentioned rotates flavors. I can see where it would be annoying but I actually like trying the new flavors each time. Tonight was coffee/toffee. Picture is of the Turtle. Next time I will try the buckeye one. Anyhow I didn't know how awesome custard was until moving to the east coast. If you're in the area you have to stop on. Parking sometimes is non existent and seating can be limited but it's busy for a reason.

This is an East Side staple and well worth a visit. Even on busy weekend nights the line moves quickly and creamy custard is worth the short wait. Sit on the benches outside and enjoy the delicious concretes, sundaes and cones. The high school kids behind the counter are always friendly and eager to please. It's always a great treat for my family to walk down to East Coast Custard and I'd much rather go there than some chain store.
